Guest post for Darren Rowse: www.digital-photography-school.com For more videos go to: www.learningDSLRVideo.com Transcription: ——————- I get this question about once a week, “What are the Best Video Setting For The Canon DSLR cameras”. So let me start off by eliminating two things you can take off the list. Those are aperture and ISO. Aperture, I really can’t tell you what to set it on because it depends on the type of look you are going after. With a shallow depth of field or not. And the other one is ISO. ISO is kind of there for exposure how how you are going to set the exposure. I will say you do not want go too far north of let’s say 1600 especially on like the Canon T2i then it gets really noisy. THIS COLLAGE IS OUT OF DATE. NOTES AND COMMENTS ON IT ARE NOW CLOSED. PLEASE GO TO THE NEWER COLLAGE. THANK YOU.
UPDATED 7 JAN 2009: I have created a much updated and expanded version of this image, which includes the current Nikon and Canon DSLRs as of January 2009, as well as competing models from Sony/Minolta, Olympus, Panasonic/Leica, and Pentax, as well as others. You may wish to check that out instead. See my blog post too.
Publicity photos © 2007 Nikon and Canon. Relative sizes are not exact. Top left camera costs about 0, with lens. Lower right camera costs about 00, no lens. See the blog post I wrote about them.
The top row of this image became obsolete as early as February 2008, since Canon introduced the Rebel XSi (a.k.a. the 450D) and Nikon the D60. As of later in 2008, Canon replaced the 40D with the 50D. There are also the new D700 from Nikon, and the Canon EOS 5D Mark II, which replaced the original full-frame 5D.

Burbank, CA (PRWEB) January 12, 2012
Musical artists ranging from Nichole Scherzinger to Snoop Dogg to LMFAO quickly claimed Loyal Studios as an amazing place to shoot their music videos. The rhythmic legacy continues with the popular rock band, NeverShoutNever heating up the Burbank, CA stage for their new album, Time Travel that dropped September 20th,2011. Loyal Studios and Bob Bekian co-produced the latest music video for the crew of Never Shout Never Christofer Drew, Caleb Denison, Taylor MacFee, and Hayden Kaises and provided the venue as well as the technical support and equipment to facilitate the production.
The shot list included converting our digital stage to a time machine, complete with electrical props and rear-projection effects, Bekian states. We produced the video using our in-house playback system, and a combination of Canon 7Ds and 5D camera systems. The lenses used included a 70-200, and a set of compact primes. Lucas Huffman managed the set while the band took up residence jamming around a corkscrew, Doc-Brown-inspired, Time Machine Prop.
This band is destined for greatness, Bekian comments. They demonstrated a very consistent professionalism and talent that is refreshing in todays music world
Never Shout Never is originally from Joplin, Missouri, and formed in 2005 with Christofer Drew Ingle at the lead. The group made a name for themselves on Myspace which led to an appearance on TRL, and a tour in 2008 with Hellogoodbye and Ace Enders. 2009 showed further exposure with pop rock bands, and an EP album entitled The Summer featuring the hit single Happy.
Never Shout Never is currently on the road for their Time Machine Tour in South America, and then a tour of Europe to follow.
