I purchased this product for my Nikon D700. I don’t like the product because I have to frequently re-position the strap in order to reach the shutter. The strap can make it feel secured to your hand once the strap is installed using the tripod mount from the bottom of your camera body and looped to the other camera strap anchor if you are just carrying your camera. You need to reposition your grip in order to take pictures which bothered me a lot. The quality of the product is very good and easy to install. Bottom line, I would recommend that you look for something else that has a better design. If you think the size works for you, then go for it. It’s not that expensive anyway.
